If you get a chance to this weekend, head downtown and check out the sights and sounds of the Grand Rapids Festival of the Arts.
One of my favorites was this Polka band jamming out by Calder Plaza!
In addition, admission to the Grand Rapids Art Museum is free and you can check out local artists whose work was selected for the Art Festival's show on the third floor.
I also enjoyed some refreshing Hawaiian Ice on my way out of Rosa Parks Circle.
All in all, you will not be dissappointed when you head downtown and take part in this annual celebration of the Arts!
